Liberty Residential Care Services LLC is a Supported Living Agency that is certified by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities to provide services in Ohio to people who meet the eligibility criteria and are enrolled on the Individual Options Medicaid Waiver.
Our team provides person-centered in-home supports tailored to meet the unique individual wants and needs of the people we serve with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We are currently accepting clients in Franklin, Delaware, Licking, Pickaway and Fairfield Counties.
